1. Who we are

We offer sauna and ice-bath sessions by appointment.
2. Bookings and payment
All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or as otherwise agreed. Full payment is usually taken at booking. Prices shown on the booking page may change. Your booking is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation.
3. Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your start time. Changes within 24 hours, or failure to attend, may be charged in full. If we need to cancel or change your booking, for example due to maintenance or staff illness, we will offer a refund or new time.
4. Age and eligibility
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. Do not use the sauna or ice bath under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We may refuse entry or stop a session if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable.
5. Health and safety
Heat and cold exposure can be intense. You are responsible for knowing whether it is suitable for you.
By booking and attending, you confirm that you are in good enough health; have checked with your doctor about relevant conditions including heart or circulation problems, blood-pressure issues, respiratory conditions, recent surgery or injury, and pregnancy; will follow staff instructions and safety signs; and will leave immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, faint or in pain. You use the facilities at your own risk.
6. Use of facilities and conduct
Shower before using the sauna or ice bath. Wear clean swimwear in shared areas. Do not bring glass, smoke, vape, drink alcohol or use drugs on the premises. Respect staff and guests and keep noise reasonable. We may ask you to leave without refund if you act unsafely or disruptively.
7. Packages and gift vouchers
Details, prices and inclusions are shown on the website or booking page. Unless stated otherwise, packages and vouchers are prepaid and non-refundable, may have an expiry date, apply to standard sessions rather than special events, and cannot usually be exchanged for cash.
8. Personal belongings
Please keep valuables to a minimum. As far as the law allows, we do not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings on the premises.
9. Liability
Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any liability that cannot legally be limited. As far as the law allows, you use the facilities at your own risk. We are not liable for injury, illness or conditions arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions or medical advice, or pre-existing health conditions, nor for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of income, business or opportunity.
10. Website use
Website content is general information. We try to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it at all times. We may change prices, session types and information without notice. Third-party links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
11. Privacy
We collect and use personal data such as names, emails and booking details to manage bookings and run the business. Booking and payment providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions. The version on the website at the time of booking will normally apply to that booking.
13. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be dealt with by the Irish courts.
